Here at St Helens Roofing we use the Topseal GRP roofing system. Topseal is a cold applied, high performance, BBA approved GRP waterproofing system, which can be used to form a waterproof membrane regardless of the size or complexity of the application.
It can be finished in any BS4800 colour, and if required, can be incorporated with an anti-slip finish when used on balconies and walkways.
Topseal only allow trained and approved contractors tosupply and fit their product and as such provide a minimum 20 year gaurantee on both materials and workmanship.
