"I recently had a job done done at my property by St Helens Windows and this is just a short letter to say how pleased we are with the work that was carried out. When the two workmen arrived at my property they eyed the job up and within five minutes they had started work on the job, and they never stopped until the work was complete. I couldn’t believe that there are workmen like that any more and their work was brilliant. I was a little bit wary about having the job done because I just could not see how it could be done without making a mess and having to decorate after they had finished, but my fears where unfounded, the workmen were very polite and when they had finished their work there wasn’t one piece of rubbish left, so I will be coming back to you later in the year for you to do some more work for me, I would recommend your company to anyone with confidence.

After the severe winter of 2009/10 we realised that we needed to much improve the energy efficiency of our home and so we asked several companies for quotations to install upvc doors and windows throughout our property. After careful consideration we chose St. Helens Windows to carry out the work because of the very competitive price, and how impressed we were with the salesman Barry, who remained patient and professional throughtout the estimating process despite us changing our mind about the exact details of our requirements several times. We were so impressed with Barry's product knowledge, and the overall service that his company could provide, we also decided to ask St. Helens Windows to construct a conservatory onto our home so that we could make the most of our garden. Nothing was too much trouble for Barry, he even designed bespoke doors for our conservatory, because none of the standard designs were exactly what we were looking for. All of the work has now been completed to a very high standard. All of the building team, from the bricklayers who built the conservatory base, to the window fitters and electricians, were efficient, professional and polite at all times. The office staff were helpful and obliging about installation scheduling to fit in with other work being carried out at our property at the same time and the after-sales service has been excellent. I would recommend anyone considering the installation of new UPVC windows, or adding a conservatory to their home, to ask St. Helens Windows for a quotation. We have been more that satisfied with the excellent work they have completed at our property and can now relax about this winter's fuel bills! Many thanks to all those involved.

As you know I contacted and received quotes from a number of double glazing firms, but decided that your windows were of the better quality at a most competitive price.
I have to say that I am quite smug about my choice!!! I now look at other peoples double glazing, and because of the quality and finish of my windows and doors, and the improvement in the appearance of my home, I am quite convinced that I have the better windows.
It is such a buzz to have windows that glide open and doors that do not stick and because of the quality of the locks I now feel far more secure in my home.
Although I felt I had picked the better quality windows and doors the litmus test was how good the fitters would be. After all quality counts for nothing if the fitters do not do their job properly.
The expertise and professionalism of Dale and Rick was refreshing (after some workmen I have known). They both worked extremely hard and the speed at which they fitted the windows was fascinating. I could not believe that there was no mess left anywhere, as they cleaned up as the went. I found them both extremely courteous and helpful and I can't think of enough good things to say about them.
So please accept my thanks for providing a quality product and a quality service. I would have no hesitation recommending your firm to my family and friends. Thank you once more.
